What’s in my monthly shipment?
A surprise MyHOUSE gear item. Drops may include tees, hoodies, shorts, hats, event gear, and limited releases. The surprise changes each month.
When will my first shipment go out?
Shipments are scheduled for the first Monday of each month. Payments received before 9 AM Eastern that Monday qualify for that month’s shipment; later payments start with the following month. If it falls on a postal holiday, packages ship the following business day.
Do I pay monthly or all at once?
Monthly Member is billed automatically at $24.99 per month. The 6-month and regular 12-month plans let you choose monthly payments or one upfront payment on the next page. Founding 100 VIP is $239.88 upfront only. Every option sends one shipment per month—not all your shipments at once.
Can I cancel the Monthly Member plan?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date to stop future renewals. The 6- and 12-month plans cover their stated membership term.
What is a Golden Ticket?
Eligible 12-month VIP members have the chance to receive a Golden Ticket in a selected shipment, with a premium MyHOUSE prize. A ticket is not guaranteed. Eligibility and prizes are subject to the program’s Official Rules.
How do my member perks work?
Active members receive a personal code for 10% off eligible regular-price retail gear. Memberships, team/custom orders, gift cards, and sale items are excluded. Use your membership billing email at checkout. Referral rewards are also available on qualifying purchases, subject to program terms.
